The Peperoni di Senise are different from the products of the same species for the particular conditions of the soil and the environment of the area of production, which give prestigious and high quality characteristics to the product.
The Peperone di Senise has important properties which stimulate digestion and glandular secretion, and can be served fresh or together with local cheeses of typical smoked hams.

Producers members of the co-operative can place the co-operative mark with the script 'Peperone di Senise Igp' (Pgi Senise Peppers) on the packages or on the traditional strings.
