Consumption

The Valcalepio White, one of the most important wines of the Doc, gives its best when matched with moderately complex dishes, like unsalted fish appetizers, grilled freshwater fish, pasta and rice dishes with fish sauces without tomato, and with vegetables, risottos with vegetables and delicate meats. It should be tasted in goblets for young white wines, at a temperature of 10-12°C. The best time to consume it is within one to two years from the harvest.
