Monti Lessini Doc

The production of the controlled denomination of origin Monti Lessini or Lessini is with grapes of the Durello vine, only diffused within its territory. Long confused with the Nosiola vine, Durello has the peculiar characteristic of maturing very late, so that its harvest by the cultivators of the grapevine is only at the end of October. It is a white meal wine also produced in the Sparkling version.

Consumption

Monti Lessini Doc is optimal with simple dishes, of the prawn cocktail, fried shrimp, and fried vegetable type. It should be served in flared tulip shaped glasses at 8-10°C within a year of bottling. The Sparkling version should be served with spoon deserts and paradise cakes in flutes at 6-8°C.
