Soave Doc

Soave Doc is one of the most renowned and antique Italian wines. It has conserved the qualities that distinguish it and are fully described when it is served with the typical dishes of the region from the period of the Emperor Theodoric when it was already appreciated through Dante and up to Gabriele D'Annunzio. It is also produced in the Sparkling version.

Consumption

Soave Doc goes well with simple dishes, such as seafood hors d'oeuvres, risotto with seafood, dishes with eggs, pasta dishes with white fish sauces, boiled sea fish delicately flavoured. It should be served in medium size wide tulip shaped glasses, at 8-10 °C within two years of bottling. The Sparking version goes well with fruit tarts and should be savoured in flutes at 6-8°C.
