Cut the beef into slices about 3 cm long. Cook the crushed cloves of garlic in oil.
When the garlic starts colouring add the laurel leaves. Then add the beef slices and cook.
Before the meat is completely cooked sprinkle it with a few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Take off of the fire and mix the meat slices with the rocket and the Parmigiano cheese flakes. Let the rocket dry up and serve hot with very few drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
400 g of beef cut into thin slices
2 tbsp. of oil Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
2 cloves of garlic
2 laurel leaves
1 bunch of rocket
Parmigiano reggiano cheese in flakes
