Informative report in accordance with article 13 of the legislative decree of June 30th 2003, number 196.

In accordance with article 13 of the legislative decree of June 30th 2003, number 196, the data processing of Naturalemente Italiano's users, for the aims related to the fruition of the service, takes place exclusively with the activity's own purposes carried out by Ismea within its proper institutional role of Public Economic Body aiming at the research, spread and development of the agricultural, forestery and fish markets, as reported by the Body's statute (decree of the President of the Republic of March 31st 2001, number 419).

In relation with what is mentioned above, the data processing by Ismea follows correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the private data 's holders.

In accordance with the article 13 of the legislative decree of June 30th 2003, number 196, this is to inform that:

 
  • The data gathered with the purpose of promoting agroalimentary productions;
  • The data gathered through a questionnaire will be processed with automatic systems for statistic and promotion scopes; 
  • The data gathered is oriented to promotional opportunities proposed by the service of promotion window;
  • The data's holder can exercise at any moment the rights foreseen by article 7 of the legislative decree 196/2003, in particular he can oppose himself to his data's processing, addressing himself to the processing holder.
